The article provides a guide on navigating the Incoming Requests table on the Cases Dashboard after logging in. Upon login, the home page automatically opens to the Outgoing Requests table on the Cases Dashboard. To access the Incoming Requests table, click the car icon.
Incoming Requests Table
- Incoming Requests: The bold font text next to the car icon indicates the dashboard is selected.
- Client Name: Displays the name of the client.
- Time: Displays the time the request was created.
- Date: Displays the date the request was created.
- Client Phone: Displays the client's phone number.
- Requesting Agency: Dispatch agency or contact center requesting the dispatch request.
- Status: Current status of the dispatch request.
- Action: Selecting view will direct you to the case details page
- The client name and phone number search field options can assist with locating a case. Selecting the X icon will hide the search fields and selecting the 🔍 icon will display them.
- Selecting Activity Feed allows you to send updates regarding clients or cases through the chat feature, as well as view status updates for cases. Choosing the +New Case selector directs you to create a new case.
- The Filter selector provides the option to view cases by the following statuses: All, Pending, Requested, Accepted, Declined, Alt Response. The filter defaults to All.
- By default the Incoming Requests table lists the most recent by date and time. In the table the client name, time, and date columns are sortable from ascending to descending order. To sort any of these columns hover your cursor over the column title and then select to display a ⬆ or ⬇arrow. Only one column can be selected to sort at a time.
- Navigate through the case pages by select the page numbers or ⬅ and ➡ arrows at the bottom of the table.
